Architecture has become so niche that only 2% to 3% of the buildings built in India are designed by Architects!
We at PRESET are endeavouring to reverse this trend and make architectural services easily available to the common man, using technology that spans both design and the actual building itself.
PRESET is looking to onboard passionate individuals with a Masters Degree in Architecture and Design, with a flair for emerging technologies, AI, generative design, parametric design and so on. We are open to discussing with the outliers and the off-grid geniuses, too!
This post is full-time, immersive, and nose-to-grinding-stone kind of job. So it is not for the comfort seekers and I-will-work-from-home types!

Responsibilities
As a Senior Architectural Associate, you will be responsible for generating design ideas, steering the overall design ethos of the firm and be a solid go-to problem solver for all matters related to building design, code-compliances and practical matters relating to the actual building and its systems in general. A deep interest in technological advancements in the AEC fields, an insatiable curiosity to constantly learn different aspects of design and its broader ancillaries is an important trait. Above all you must be a peoples person, love interacting with team members with varied levels of mastery and also be adept at dealing with frayed nerves and irritations, work pressure and be of a pleasant disposition. Liaising with various agencies such as vendors, handling client relationships, negotiating deals and other functions will also form an integral part of this position.
Qualifications
B Arch with a Post-Graduation (M Arch or Higher) from a reputed International University is a must. Must have a minimum overseas work experience of two years in an AEC company, a Design or Product firm, in The USA or Europe.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Expertise in design architecture and design patterns.
- Working drawing, site visits, making presentation drawings, coordination with all other departments Looking to hire Jr architects with 0 – 2 yrs exp.
- Handle 3-D modeling in Google SketchUp.
- Create an architectural description including reasons for architectural decisions and considerations in alignment with business policies and standards.
- Work with improvements, by participating in the development, of the architectural principles, processes, and standards.
- Should have Autocad, Photoshop, and Sketchup knowledge.

Job description:
- Design Management.
- Design Coordination. (All Discipline)
- Works under the direct supervision of the Managing Director or Principal Architect.
- Responsible of the multi-disciplinary coordination of the overall Project production and deliverables of a fully coordinated project documentations including project Specialist and Sub-Consultants packages.
- Responsible of the production of all Design packages of all stages, post Concept Design Stage (All Project Documentation, including Specifications, Cut sheets Schedules) in line with the Contractual obligations / Scope of Work and related deliverables.
- Multi-Disciplinary Design review and project coordination (Including Specialist and Sub-Consultants)
- Oversight for production all project documentation, including Specifications, Cut sheets Schedules Etc.
- Organizes and manages the design team and resources
- Prepares and maintains Detailed Delivery Program
- Ensure design is in compliance with relevant codes, standards, regulations and requirements of local authority having jurisdiction.
- Review Revit model online Modeling / Revit CAD Production (Entire Design Stage and Design Integration stage)
- Team Leadership providing motivation, coaching and mentoring.
- Resource Planning, resourcing monitoring and reporting (Project Status)
- Design reviews quality assurance

Require:

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operation of accounts payable, accounts receivable, business cash receipts, general ledger, and Expense Accounting.
- Manage vendor payments, employee payments, and bookkeeping and perform overall controllership role.
- Monitoring and correcting vouching and verification of every voucher submitted. Ensuring the appropriateness of Supporting Documents to be maintained.
- Monitor the preparation and filing of all statutory returns TDS/ VAT/ E. Duty/ Service Tax/ PF etc. Ensure compliance to all Statutory Regulations.
- Prepare & documenting accurate financial statements, MIS reports, and analyses timely.
- Coordinate with all Functional teams to get financial information.
- Communicate effectively with Banks/ Customers/ Vendors/Auditors.
Require:
- B.com / M.com with Commerce as Principal subject with 5-7 years of experience in the same field.
- Prefer CA Article Assistants as well.
- Well equipped with accounting policies, principles, concepts, and methods.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office, Tally ERP 9.
- Good Written & Verbal Communication skills.
- High preference is given to the candidate who is staying close by locations.
